About the Sugar Shack

We are family owned and operated, second and third generation New York State Maple Producers.  

We are recipients of the “2006 New York State Tour Maple Person of the Year Award” and the “2009 St. Lawrence County Maple Producers of the Year.”  We are Certified Organic by, NOFA-NY Certified Organic, LLC. 

Whether you want a deep rich maple flavor from a dark maple syrup or a light maple flavor from light amber maple syrup, we can meet your needs.  Our quality maple products are all natural and 100% guaranteed.  We can package to meet your individual needs.  Stop by and visit us in our new heated and uniquely decorated sugar house. 

We produce Organic Maple Products:  syrup,  maple cream,  maple candy and maple granulated sugar.    We package our maple syrup in a variety of containers  Traditional Jugs, Fancy Glass, and Holiday Glass.  We package or cream in both Glass Containers and Traditional Plastic Containers for your convenience.  We offer or Granulated Maple Sugar in both Plastic Containers and Spice Shaker Bottles.  We produce our Maple Candy in a variety of shapes: Hearts, Leaves, Seashells and Turkey.  If  you are looking for that unique Wedding Favors & Coporate Gifts please be sure to see what we can offer.
